West Middlesex Youth Soccer League was created by St.Thomas,West Lorne, Wallcetown, Delaware and Strathroy Soccer Clubs in 1980's.
Kensal Park, Lambeth and Byron Optimist Soccer Clubs who were charter members of the Southwest London Youth Soccer Association in 1980 joined shortly after formation of the WMYSL.
It has grown since then and now there are 12 full and 2 associate member clubs.
